Cewe Rela membayar

April is a wonderful time to travel and catch some iconic events. In a new slide show on Bing Travel, we report on 15 top spots for the month. Seville gets decked out in its finery for April Fair, and you’re sure to catch flamenco, bullfighting and ladies and gentlemen in festive Andalusian clothing. Boston prepares for 25,000 runners to take over the streets for the world’s oldest annual marathon. Earth Day celebrates its 40th anniversary on April 22, which will bring green-themed parties all around the big blue marble.

April is also shaping up to be a fine month to try something completely different. The Titanic Museum Attraction opens its doors to the public in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., featuring a half-scale reproduction of the ship, a boarding pass with a genuine passenger’s name, and costumed actors welcoming you with British accents. In Thailand, visitors can look forward to a good soaking as Thais celebrate their new year by throwing water at each other. Want to sweet talk your way onto the back of a Harley? Travel to Mazatlan, Mexico, which is celebrating its 15th annual Motorcycle Week. Watch bike parades and stunt exhibitions or get a tattoo.

Several literary giants will be celebrated in April, too. Stratford-upon-Avon is rolling out a birthday cake and card for the day that’s marked as William Shakespeare’s birthday, April 23. Mark Twain, aka Samuel Langhorne Clemens, died exactly a century ago, April 21, 1910. The Mark Twain House & Museum in Hartford, Conn., will celebrate the centennial of his death with a slice of irony: They’re having a séance. It’s exactly the kind of thing he would have derided in his pungent prose.
